He claimed he told investigators that Williams had hurt his sons when he got home from work for lunch.

After searching the house, the father found the loose bodies of the boys immersed in the full tub.

Efforts to resurrect the brothers were inconclusive, and they were found dead at the scene.

Williams has been in Custody

Williams has been in custody since he was arrested. It is kept unbound.

Police have yet to discuss the likely cause of the murders.

If found guilty, Williams would face a life sentence without the possibility of parole, according to prosecutors.
